Tim’s passion is to help people live their lives purposefully with financial freedom, and to assist them in handing down that success to their children and grandchildren. Prior to starting Brown Wealth Management, Tim worked as an investment analyst, corporate banker, and management consultant with firms including US Bank, Fleet Bank, and Deloitte Consulting. Tim has been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager in the MPLS/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business magazine for 2022 and every year since 2013.
Tim resides in Eden Prairie with his wife, Stacey, and their four children. Tim keeps busy staying fit, pursuing a black belt in Tae Kwon Do with one of his sons, and reading a good book.

Polly Hamm has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and financial services. Prior to joining Brown Wealth Management in 2016, Polly worked in a variety of finance roles at Ecolab. Polly received her bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Polly lives in Apple Valley with her husband, Lucas, and two young daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with various community and church organizations. She stays active through activities like running and volleyball.
Stacey Brown has more than 15 years of experience in operations and with Brown Wealth Management. Prior to joining Brown Wealth Management, she worked with Imation, Best Buy, and Target. She has a degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Stacey lives in Eden Prairie with her husband, Tim, and their four children.
Brantley Bruce began her career as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), where she supported families and managed documentation in hospitals, schools, and private practices. She made the switch to Brown Wealth Management to bring together her documentation skills with her passion for helping families achieve financial freedom. Brantley received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Georgia State University.
Brantley lives with her husband, Kendall, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She considers herself a cinephile, book lover, and board game enthusiast.
Since 2006, Melanie Jocson has been delivering excellent client care in the financial services industry. Melanie is an expert in all aspects of TD Ameritrade and Schwab. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
